Hang where the artists hang! Usually used for backstage purposes during concerts, our Green Room and Balcony overlooks the entire venue.Make your way up our Green Room stairs where you will find a seating area, mini kitchen, private bathroom, and balcony. 

- Full payment of $3500 is due at time of purchase | $117 Per Person

-15% Gratuity will be invoiced to the email provided to check out after receiving your order. This is due 24 hours prior to Graduation Day and is 100% given to the bartender on duty. If gratuity is not received the entire order will be forfeited and sold to the next customer in line. Note there are no refunds. YOU CAN ALSO ADD A TIP AT CHECKOUT HERE, this will prevent you from having to pay an invoice later, the tip will still be 100% given to bartender, please tip a minimum of 10%.

-The MAX AMOUNT of guests allowed in the green room is 30. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

-The Green Room is NOT handicap accessible.

-You will be provided a PRIVATE BARTENDER that will be with you the entire time. Please note if there is a sudden staffing shortage and a private bartender cannot be provided you will be refunded $500.

-Glass is not allowed on the balcony at anytime.

-We do NOT tolerate minor drinking.

-While there is seating available please note there are not seats for all 30 people if you do choose to that amount of people in the Green Room.
